Impersonation and Fraud Alert

Last Updated: May 11th, 2026

An Important Notice About Impersonators

We've become aware that individuals are impersonating JobTest online. We want our community to know what's happening, what to watch for, and what to do if you encounter one of these accounts.

What's happening

People claiming to represent JobTest have been reaching out through email, social media, and messaging apps. They are not affiliated with us. In some cases, they're attempting to collect personal information, payment details, or login credentials from people who think they're talking with our team.

We've seen examples like amy.jobtest@gmail.com and coach.amy.jobtest@gmail.com. These are not us. The use of "jobtest" inside a Gmail address (or any non-@jobtest.org domain) is a clear sign the message is fraudulent.

How to verify a real JobTest communication

JobTest will only ever communicate with you from an email address ending in @jobtest.org. Any other domain, including Gmail addresses with "jobtest" in the username, is not us. We do not send messages through:
- LinkedIn
- Telegram
- WhatsApp
- Instagram DM
- Unofficial recruiting platforms

If you receive a message that claims to be from JobTest from any other source, do not respond, do not click any links, and do not share any personal information.

What to do if you're unsure

If you receive a communication you can't verify, forward it to support@jobtest.org. Our team will confirm whether it's legitimate. We'd rather hear about ten safe messages than miss one scam.

Our commitment

We take this seriously. People come to JobTest at meaningful moments in their careers, often when they're already feeling uncertain. Trust is the foundation of the work we do, and we're not taking any chances with yours.

We're actively working with the relevant platforms to remove these accounts, and we'll keep you updated as the situation develops. If you have any questions or concerns, reach out at support@jobtest.org. We're here.
